The purpose of LPGMA shall be to enhance the quality of life within Las Palmas Grand through communication and informational meetings, as well as to provide an organized approach for resident and management interaction.
The Las Palmas Grand Members Association's Board of Directors has revised the bi-monthly General Meeting(s) for the summer. Meetings are typically held on the second Wednesday of alternate months, but the July 8th meeting has been cancelled. The next meeting for the general membership will be held on Wednesday September 9th in the Ballroom at 7:00 p.m. and will be an informational and business meeting only with no scheduled speaker. However, on Monday September 21st the Board is sponsoring a Landlord Tenant Act Training Session from 9:00 a.m. to noon in Card Rooms 1 & 2 with free coffee & donuts provided. Membership in LPGMA is not required for attendance at this meeting, and the LPGMA Board encourages any and all LPG homeowners to attend. This session will be both interesting and informative as official representatives of AAMHO (Arizona Association of Manufactured Home Owners) will discuss and explain the responsibilities, rights, and privileges afforded to owners of manufactured homes under Arizona's Landlord Tenant Act.
